Framing: Once the foundation footings are poured and external pluming and drain lines are installed, our contractors begin framing in the walls, floors and roof until the building envelop is complete.

Rough-ins: After the windows, doors and roof are installed, we’re in lockout stage. The next step is to rough out the plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems before adding insulation and caulking.

Exterior: One of the final steps is to install all of the exterior finishes, including the siding, gutters, driveways, walkways, patios and outdoor living areas. We’ll also spread grass seed or lay sod to get your new lawn started.
Walk-Through: After your local building inspect has issued a certificate of occupancy, we’ll complete a final walk-through and quality assurance checks. Now, you’re ready to enjoy your new home!
